A circa 1985 kitchen in dire need of a transformation. It came complete with popcorn ceilings and an oven hood that had not been cleaned or inspected since at least 1989.

As soon as the roll-off dumpster was full of everything including the kitchen sink, we proceeded to make best use of the space by adding a vaulted ceiling, opening a path to the dining room and adding a door to the laundry. The homeowner’s favorite change was replacing the small pantry closet with a pantry wall of cabinets which features a dedicated coffee making space. New appliances and practical lighting updates added character in addition to the unique paint color selections.
